Everyday People
Today’s ode to Black joy comes by way of the famed celebration of all things young, gifted and Black — Everyday People. The day party phenomenon (founded in 2012 by Saada Ahmed, DJ mOma and Chef Roblé Ali) is known for feel-good energy that invites you to live unapologetically in your skin. Sunday’s edition at Industry City featured a performance by rapper LATASHA, a DJ set by DJ Fannie Mae and, as always, a packed dance floor, radical inclusion and pure radiance. 🖤
